Shipping, Returns, Exchanges
Shipping:
All orders will be shipped within 2 - 5 days of being placed. Shipping is $7 for U.S. and $15 for international orders $99.99 and under (pre tax). If you spend $100 or more on your order (pre tax) you will receive FREE shipping.
Please ensure the proper email, phone number, and address are provided when placing your order as we will use this information to ship and send updates about your order.
Returns:
Customers will have to return packages at their own expense. Please be sure to follow the return policy below before you send any item(s) back. If you have any questions about returning or exchanging your merchandise please reach out to us at ShopCharmed.Lifestyle@gmail.com

Return / Exchange Policy:
We will gladly accept returns for a full refund, store credit, or exchange on merchandise brought/mailed back within (7) days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt/packing slip. Marked down items/sale items, jewelry, accessories, sunglasses, intimates (undergarments, lingerie), and bathing suits are always final sale. **Remember, customers are to return merchandise at their own expense.**
*Items in poor or damaged condition are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
*Untagged items and items without a receipt are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
*Items with smells, other than its original fabric smell, such as perfumes, smoke, and any other unoriginal smell are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
*Items with stains and smudges, including make-up, skincare, haircare, and any other stain or smudge not originally designed into the garment are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
